Mr. Croom and Mr. Bynum are the owners of Top Tier Auctions, LLC. Both gentlemen were raised in the West Tennessee farming industry and have ample experience in agriculture, real estate, and auctions.

After earning a degree in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee at Martin ('09), Mr. Bynum joined his grandfather's business, Wendell Alexander Realty. In 2018 Mr. Bynum expanded the business to the auction industry and then property management in 2019.

Mr. Croom and Mr. Bynum joined forces in 2018, combining their experience in auctions, agriculture, and real estate to form Top Tier Auctions, LLC.
